Booking Policy:

•     Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation from Marquee Sty via email or other communication channels.

•     Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other approved payment method. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

•     Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and the specific property. Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy outlined in their booking confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reservation.
   

Check-In and Check-Out:
 

•     Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 1.00 pm , unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

•     Check-Out Time: Standard check-out time is 11.00 am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

•     Early Departure: Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date may be subject to early departure fees. Please inform the property of any changes to your departure date in advance.
   

Guest Responsibilities:

•     Identification: All guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon check-in, along with any necessary travel documents.

•     Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. Charges for damages will be assessed and billed accordingly.

•     Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the property's rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in eviction without refund.
   

Liability:

•     Property: Marquee Sty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and belongings at all times.

•     Safety and Security: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and security of guests, Marquee Sty shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur on the property premises.

Miscellaneous:

•     Pets: Pets may be permitted at select properties subject to prior approval and additional charges. Guests are advised to contact the property directly to inquire about pet policies and restrictions.

•     Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at all Marquee Sty properties. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors. Guests found violating the smoking policy may be subject to fines or additional charges.

 

Amendments and Updates:

Marquee Sty reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes or updates.
